ecare India, one of the leading medical billing companies in India that provides medical billing and coding has established an additional ‘Business continuity & disaster recovery centre’ in the southern part of the country.

The new facility is a support wing to the company’s main operations centre in Chennai and is well-equipped with essential infrastructure and technology elements needed to support daily operations. The centre is now operational and, this will act as a full-fledged medical billing and coding operations division of the company in times of emergencies.

Speaking on this new venture, Mr. Deepak Sanghi, MD, ecare India said “Business continuity is today the inevitable aspect of any corporate environment, particularly for companies that deal with sensitive data and real-time processing. We have set up this data recovery centre as a part of our Business Continuity Plan initiatives and to support our medical claims processingdivision.”
